DESCRIPTION:Fayette Community Foundation (FCF) and St. David’s Foundation have partnered together to make new grant funds available that engage and empower rural communities in Bastrop\, Caldwell\, Hays\, and Eastern Williamson counties to tackle pressing problems that impact the health and well-being of residents. \nIn March 2024\, FCF will roll out the newly formed Rural Community Health Fund\, a grassroots fund that looks to break down traditional philanthropy and bring resources to individuals\, organizations\, and groups that are working to meet critical health and well-being needs. \nOn February 1st\, at 10 a.m.\, Fayette Community Foundation (FCF) will be hosting an online Rural Community Health Fund webinar to launch an official kickstart to establish the fund as a community asset and resource. \nREGISTER for the Rural Community Health Fund Webinar!
