DESCRIPTION:Black Men’s Health Clinic® (BMHC) services black men\, men of color\, their immediate families\, and those with extenuating circumstances. In our mission to provide access to and awareness of healthcare services to underserved populations\, health equity is paramount. \nCommunicating with our Spanish speaking clients is important and having staff who are bilingual and/or participate in programs that improve their understanding of the Spanish language\, especially in the healthcare setting\, helps minimize cultural gaps and promotes equitable care for BMHC clients. \nWe want to announce an opportunity for individuals and organizations to participate in a Spanish for Healthcare Professionals Series\, hosted by the National Association of Hispanic Nurses (NAHN). This class is designed to enhance the attendee’s capacity to care for the community by improving your knowledge Spanish. \nThe first session is free to members and non-members. \nREGISTER
