The class is led by BMHC Outreach Engagement Specialist and Healthy Lifestyles Lead\, Kiounis Williams.\n\n\n \n\n\nThis fun and engaging class is designed for ALL fitness levels\, and while it is geared towards adults 50+\, all adult ages are welcome!\n\n\n \n\n\nThere are three time slots to choose from:\n\n\n1st Class – 9 a.m.\n\n\n2nd Class – 10 a.m.\n\n\n3rd Class – 11 a.m.\n\n\n \n\n\nRegular physical activity can reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease\, diabetes\, and more.
