
Community Health Worker (PSH)
Pierre Craney currently serves as a Housing Navigator with The Black Men’s Health Clinic, where he works on the front lines supporting some of the community’s most vulnerable unhoused neighbors. In this role, Pierre helps individuals prepare vital documentation, navigate complex systems, and move toward securing permanent supportive housing. His work combines advocacy, compassion, and practical problem-solving to help people overcome barriers and access life-changing resources.
