C2H Annual Wellness Fair and Coat Drive – November 23rd

TOMORROW, C2H (the Community Coalition for Health) is hosting their FREE Annual Wellness Fair & COAT DRIVE, with various wellness activities, health info and screenings, and a coat drive to help those in need this winter season. The Black Men’s Health Clinic will be there to provide important health information, sign people up for MAP health insurance, help people set doctor’s appointments, and provide health information.
