Meet Our Leaders

Jamilah Wallace is from Atlanta, Georgia and is a skilled educator currently serving the Hutto Independent School District. Jamilah graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Middle School Education and received awards as a member of the GSW Women’s basketball team. Jamilah also has a Masters Degree in Middle School Education- Math & Science.

Jamilah has been a middle school math educator for over 10 years. She has taught in Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, and over seas in Germany. Jamilah has worked in schools with at risk youth and low socioeconomic status, thus knowing and understanding how important free health care is to families.

While stationed with her husband and family in Germany, Jamilah participated and served on multiple committees providing support to dependents of service members deployed in other countries. Jamilah is active in the community and is currently a volunteer with the Manor Area Girls Scouts.
