‘What’s the Soul in Our Food’ – BMHC x Sustainable Food Center

The Black Men's Health Clinic is excited to announce a co-branded food education series called, 'What's the Soul in Our Food,' in partnership with Sustainable Food Center (SFC).
 
As part of Sustainable Food's Happy Kitchen series, their proprietary class will be a six-week-long class series focusing on African American culture through food as well as general health awareness. BMHC is excited to be a part of this innovative approach to reach the people we serve through the healthy nutrition and our rich culture.
 
These Sustainable Food classes will focus on nutrition education and a cooking demo provided by Sustainable Food Center.

BMHC would like to share information about the Central Texas Health and Well-being Network & HEAL Alliance for their Rural Reckoning: The Unseen Threads of Change and Action.

Attendees will explore the unique challenges and bright spots in our rural areas, hear powerful stories from local leaders, and work side-by-side to create a stronger, more connected network.

FREE breakfast and lunch will be provided.
