AUG. 9TH, 2025 – Girl’s Conference: Beautifully Made!

Greater Works Baptist Church 4000 Tannehill Lane, Austin, TX, United States

🌟 BMHC Key Leader Leading with Purpose and Impacting Youth – Aug 9th

The Black Men's Health Clinic is proud to spotlight Toya Craney, our Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Manager, in this special edition of the In the News newsletter focused on youth and families.

Toya's leadership has helped the PSH team move 17 clients into stable, permanent housing. Her work reflects a deep commitment to strengthening families, empowering communities, and improving the living conditions of people, which is a vital social determinant of health.

Toya’s work is rooted in her ongoing dedication to families, strengthening the community, and addressing what matters most to men’s health. But her impact doesn’t stop there. Toya continues to pour into the community by sharing her voice, her journey, and her leadership with young people in our community.

But we would also like to highlight Toya's heart for paying it forward to youth in our community on her own time. Next Saturday, August 9th, Toya will be a featured speaker at the Beautifully Made! Girl's Conference at Greater Works Baptist Church. This free event takes place from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and is for girls ages 12–21.

Join in on real talk sessions, giveaways, and inspiration focused on identity, confidence, and growth. 👑

Whether helping someone find a home or speaking life into the next generation, Toya embodies BMHC’s mission to uplift and transform lives through compassion, service, and empowerment.

Be sure to sign up the little ladies in your life and share this information with the young women you know so they they may also attend. REGISTER: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/identity-girls-conference-beautifully-made-tickets-1482228177379?aff=oddtdtcreator
