High Blood Pressure Education Class!

July 25 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Black Men’s Health Clinic invites you to attend a FREE and informative High Blood Pressure Education Class!

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report that more people die from cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) worldwide than from any other cause, with CVDs accounting for one in three deaths. Hypertension is the leading cause of heart attacks, stroke-related cognitive dysfunction, and renal complications.

Staying informed about high blood pressure matters. What you know can save your life or those you love.

Qualified Austin Public Health (APH) equity experts will facilitate this hybrid (in-person and virtual) event. This class will provide you with valuable knowledge and tools to manage your cardiovascular health through hypertension management, blood pressure checks, nutrition, exercise, medication management, and other important tips.

We only have a few open seats for in-person participation, so be sure to register right away.

To reserve your spot, go to REGISTER.
