Internships & Externships

  • Tailored placements for students and career changers in areas such as community health, care coordination, behavioral health support, and nonprofit operations

Shadowing & Volunteering

Short-term opportunities to observe BMHC’s person-centered Model of Care in action across our physical and behavioral health networks.

  • Medical & Non-Medical Pathways
  • Medical opportunities (e.g., clinical internships, provider shadowing) are referred to our clinical partners for review and coordination based on their capacity and supervision availability
  • Non-medical opportunities (e.g., outreach, navigation, admin, communications) are coordinated directly by BMHC and managed through our internal teams

Training, Certifications & CEUs

  • Centralized support for tracking service hours, securing continuing education credits, and facilitating workforce-aligned certifications for both BMHC staff and approved participants

Leadership Development
