Community Health Worker (Cancer Education)
Arianna Williams is a dedicated health and wellness professional with ten years of experience, committed to improving public awareness of nutrition, exercise, and overall health. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Lamar University in Beaumont,
Texas, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama.
Arianna currently serves as a Community Health Worker and Lead Cancer Prevention Specialist with the Black Men’s Health Clinic and UT Dell Medical School. In this role, she implements a community-focused breast and colorectal cancer screening initiative, working to educate and screen underserved communities. She advocates for health and wellness by providing education, resources, and referrals related to breast and colorectal cancer. Arianna collaborates closely with outreach teams at community events, helping individuals access healthcare, understand their health conditions, schedule appointments, and navigate insurance and social support systems. She also teaches classes—open to both women and men—that raise awareness and empower individuals and their families to make informed decisions about their health.
Arianna believes that community health work is about being part of something bigger than herself: uplifting and supporting her community, breaking down barriers to healthcare, increasing knowledge, and empowering others to take control of their well-being.
