We invite you to make plans to attend the Pfight 4 Life 5K Run | Walk, presented by Abundant Life Community Development Corporation (ALCDC), co-hosted by the Abundant Life Church, GUD Life Holistic Wellness and Life Kidz Academy and promoted by Black Men’s Health Clinic Pflugerville!

This event is not just a run or walk, but a community celebration in support of a great cause. Prepare for a day packed with excitement! Indulge in delicious food, explore various vendors, enjoy live entertainment, and let the kids loose in the exciting Kidz Zone.

Come out and join in on the festivities, and don’t forget to swing by the BMHC booth to learn more about our healthcare services, schedule appointments, and hear about helpful resources for holistic health.
