Looking for an opportunity to engage with the community? Our partner, the Health Equity and Community Engagement Department with Austin Public Health, needs vendors for their event called Take a Loved One for a Checkup Day!
This year’s theme — “Where Them Fans At?!” — focuses on raising heat safety awareness and protecting our community from the dangers of extreme summer temperatures. This event is focused on promoting prevention, early detection, and health equity in a fun and family-friendly environment. There will be FREE health services, live music, giveaways, and even a dance-off.
They are looking for resource providers and community organizations that can share valuable services, programs, and tools with attendees. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect directly with the community.
