We are excited to announce a Back 2 School Community Party hosted by our Care Network™ Partner, African American Youth Harvest Foundation! This family-friendly annual event kicks off the school year and creates a space to be entertained, learn about local organizations, and even receive school supplies.

This event has a variety of fun activities and games, free food, a community talent show, community booths, and even raffle prizes to win!

FREE school supplies and backpacks will be given to youth but they must REGISTER (https://form.jotform.com/251255309313147) to participate.

We encourage you to bring your family and friends to enjoy a fun-filled day as we prepare our youth for the upcoming school year.

Please be sure to share this event, come on out, and stop by BMHC's table to talk to the BMHC Outreach Team about our services and programs, schedule appointments, and pick up helpful health information.

The Black Men’s Health Clinic is hosting a FREE "Movement is Medicine" group fitness class at Mt. Zion Church on September 13th. The class is led by BMHC Outreach Engagement Specialist and Healthy Lifestyles Lead, Kiounis Williams.

This fun and engaging class is designed for ALL fitness levels, and while it is geared towards adults 50+, all adult ages are welcome!
